Smoothie Tip #1

If you buy loads of bananas and can’t eat/use them fast enough, here’s a great tip:

Slice the bananas and store in a freezer bag.

Place bag in the freezer for future use.

Frozen bananas are a great addition to a smoothie. Like other frozen fruits they can alleviate the need to add ice.

That being said, I do like to add ice to a smoothie to create volume without adding extra calories.
